Ryan managed to scratch one of my eyes and give me a black eye on the other side at jiu jitsu last night. When I told him about it he said, "Next time you think of messing with me think about what I did to you." What can I say, he is a bad man.

My grandpa passed away this week and we had a bright idea to make his favorite food for the funeral attendees.

Dangerous men doing interior decorating! I smell a TLC hit!
Putting the finishing touches on our new Gracie Jiu Jitsu room. Thank you to Gold's gym for giving us such a nice space. We have almost tripled the room we had previously, got new mats, will have new locker rooms soon, and are beginning kids classes. If you have ever wanted to try your hand at JJ now is the time to get started. Lots-o new people have been in since our migration, so you would be a new person with everyone else. Also, kids 8 to 13 are welcome at the kids class on Friday night 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm.
For Adults: Monday night 6 pm to 8 pm w/ 30 minutes of live rolling, gi
Wednesday night 6 pm to 8 pm w 30 minutes of live rolling. gi
Thursday night 6 pm to 7 pm, no-gi
Saturday night 9 am to whenever we are done, live rolling
Finally we have a Facebook page "Cedar Valley Jiu Jitsu" you can become a fan and keep updated! And I miss spoke in the video, that is actually my flip cam. I thought it was a department one, but it was one my father in law purchased for us.
